Tarikhi (Arabic for “My History”) is a platform for the dissemination and promotion of recorded interviews with and narratives by individuals from across the Arab region and beyond about a variety of topics, including culture, livelihoods, migration and human rights.
Instigated and curated by Sharq.Org, an NGO that promotes peace and pluralism in the Arab region, Tarikhi’s virtual library aims to house thousands of interviews recorded and produced by various researchers and organisations. It’s development was supported by the Bassel Khartabil Memorial Fund.
