white papers: Collaboration within Lebanese Civil Society

this 68-page report was produced following a series of roundtable discussions convened by sharq.org and attended by 30 CSO representatives in Beirut in 2016, and aims to offer an overview and recommendations related to cooperative action between civil society actors addressing censorship, corruption, literacy, citizenship and waste.
