Tarikhi booklet

The bi-lingual Tarikhi booklet was produced for guests of the 2018 event at which the Tarikhi programme and platform were launched. The booklet presents stories from various oral history collections produced by Sharq.Org and other organisations, as well as contributions from researchers, writers and cultural actors about and related to oral histories and storytelling in the Arab world.

It also features an interview with photojournalist George Azar, whose photographs depicting the stories of victims and survivors of the Lebanese civil war and the Palestinian Intifada were exhibited at the launch event held in Beirut Beirut in November 2018.
